Our People Team is growing and we’re looking for an empathetic, process-driven HR professional to lead effective people management practices across our business. You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, ensuring legal compliance, and driving strategic HR initiatives that support growth and employee wellbeing.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees
  • Lead on employee relations providing support at all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and metrics
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years’ progressive HR experience
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic, detail-focused, and driven to deliver
