Mowgli Chambers

Description

At The Mowgli Trust, we are the charitable heart of Mowgli Street Food. We exist to enrich the communities that we belong to and support education and the advancement of health causes. Through our dedicated grant-giving trust, we support incredible local "House Charities" across the UK and sustainable international partners.

We are looking for a highly organised individual to be the vital bridge between The Trust and Mowgli Street Food.

The role

This is a varied position where no two days look the same.

You will be responsible for the Trust’s day-to-day operations, keeping administration up to date and impact measurable, while acting as a confident champion who gets restaurant teams excited about fundraising.

As the Charity Coordinator, you will stay on top of incoming donations, balance budgets and work alongside the Board of Trustees to act as the anchor for both our local house charities and international partners.

You will also be required to engage teams; you’ll be the confident, passionate voice visiting restaurant teams to bring the impact of their fundraising to life. From catch up meetings, booking events and setting up digital fundraising pages like GoFundMe/JustGiving, you’ll ensure our teams have absolutely everything they need to champion their charities successfully.

About You

  • We are looking for someone who balances a sharp analytical eye with a warm, outgoing personality.
  • Whether your experience is from the charity sector or you bring strong administrative and project management experience paired with a genuine passion for doing good, you will be the main driver of the Trust's daily operations.
  • You must have experience working with Microsoft software systems, can present projects to teams and possesses the self-motivation required to manage your own workload and independently prompt international partners for reports.
  • You should be meticulous and organised and be driven to bring the Trusts vision to life.

What We Offer

  • The chance to truly own a role and shape the future impact of a well-loved brand's charity trust.
  • Award winning benefits package
  • 30 days paid holiday, birthdays off, pupternity and more
This role is part-time 3 days per week, up to £30,000 p.a. pro-rata
