Biscuiteers is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the ‘NET-A-PORTER of biscuits’. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner ‘why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?’ Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is totally individual.

 

Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. In 2023, we hand-iced over 3.0 million biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world.

 

As well as our eCommerce business, we have two biscuit boutiques, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.

 

We’re ambitious and we’re looking to build and strengthen our wonderful team as the business continues to grow. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ecommerce and CRM Executive.

 

 

Who we’re looking for…

 

As a key part of our dedicated marketing team, you will…

 

Ecommerce:

  • Be responsible for the merchandising across biscuiteers.com ensuring all products are accurately merchandised to support commercial opportunities and promotional calendar
  • Take ownership of product catalogue set up, aligning with product development, planning and purchasing teams to meet launch deadlines
  • Own any content changes across the website including scheduling the content changeout, updating competition pages and key landing pages
  • Support with writing and uploading blogs ahead of key seasonal occasions
  • Support the Ecommerce Assistant Manager in implementing the SEO optimisations across the website

 

CRM:

  • Support the CRM Manager to execute end to end email and SMS campaigns on a weekly basis, in line with seasonal marketing calendar. Including set up, design, copy writing, delivery and reporting.
  • Execute customer segmentation and A/B testing to ensure optimisation of campaigns.
  • Work with team to push key customer schemes such as Pressie Points & Occasion Reminder into email marketing via lifecycle and broadcast mailings.
  • Support with data management, including data uploads, data clean ups and data accuracy between Ometria and Magento, including subscription and Pressie Point monthly checks

 

You will need…

 

  • A positive, proactive approach
  • Proven experience in CRM and email marketing role, with a strong background in retail
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • On line merchandising skills and techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behaviour
  • Excited to work at Biscuiteers!

 

Optional but preferred...

  • A Degree or Master's degree is a plus
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are a plus.
  • Experience of working platforms such as Ometria and Magento.
