Biscuiteers is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the ‘NET-A-PORTER of biscuits’. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner ‘why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?’ Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is totally individual.

Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. In 2024, we hand-iced over 3.0 million biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world. In 2025, we are now proud to have achieved a B Corp accreditation.

As well as our eCommerce business, we have two biscuit boutiques, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.

Who we’re looking for…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part time HR Administrator at our fast-paced Ministry of Biscuits HQ in Colliers Wood. Reporting into our Chief People Partner, the main focus of the role will be delivering excellence in the administration of our HR systems and records. This is a critical part of sustaining Biscuiteers reputation as a great place to work and includes amongst other things:

• Responsibility for seamless on-boarding, off-boarding and contract variations, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and in place.
• Maintain the HR system ensuring accurate documentation is in place and up to date.
• Closely working with payroll and IT support, to ensure accurate payroll and processes are followed.
• Working with managers on probationary reviews, maternity and paternity leave and other documentation.
• Supporting our People Partner with the recruitment process using our platform, Harri.
• Taking responsibility for Training records such as Food Safety and Health and Safety.
• Provide accurate, appropriate reports on absence, training and other areas as required and to support the People Partner with administration.
• Support with the front desk role of welcoming visitors to the Ministry of Biscuits,

You will need…

• To be able to work up to 25 hours per week across 5 days with the flexibility to increase hours during peak times.
• Outstanding administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The professionalism and discretion to work in an appropriate way with confidential staff records.
• Experience of working within an HR team would be highly desirable as would experience of working within a production /retail environment.
• Be able to work with minimal instruction, be happy to work off their own initiative.
• To be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels.
• To demonstrate great interpersonal and communication skills, able to fit into our friendly, busy team.
• A positive, proactive approach.
• Enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers.
