We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business, inspire the team, and help deliver exceptional hospitality standards across every shift. This role would suit an ambitious hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead the front-of-house operation, maintain high service standards, support recruitment and training, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they walk through the door.

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on hospitality leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, premium food-led environment and confidently support the operation across all areas of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong wet-led operational experience within a busy pub, bar, or hospitality venue
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations with over 100 covers
• Proven ability leading, motivating, and developing teams of 10 or more
• A good understanding of P&L performance and commercial awareness
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, food safety, and HACCP procedures
• Event operations and logistics experience, including planning and delivering smooth guest experiences
• A passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest moments
• Confidence supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• The ability to lead from the front and perform under pressure during busy service periods
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
