WHO:
We need a Food & Beverage Assistant who’s great with people, and passionate about service, working in a small but committed team looking after our new and regular guests, 40 hours, 5 days over 7, on straight shifts.

THEY SHOULD:
- Be passionate about hospitality and serving guests in our restaurant/ bar
- Be personable and engaging
- Be able to strike up relationships with our guests
- Have the ability to deliver great service
- Have an interest in food and beverage with a passion to develop knowledge further
- Work well in a team and get on well with other departments
- Take pride in their work

WHERE:
Located just 15 miles from Oxford, the Old Swan is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell.
This quintessentially English inn and adjoining mill (over the road!) blend the rural charm of these historic buildings with modern design and luxurious comfort with a strong focus on food and beverage. The Old Swan offers a relaxed yet professional environment to work in.
