A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLUSTER ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER AT OUR HOTELS INCLUDES:        

  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  • Representing the finance function at key meetings, providing valuable financial insights.
  • Staying updated on financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
  • Ensuring all financial activities contribute to the long-term success of the organisation.
  • Championing the use of financial tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Developing and presenting regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of financial data and business information.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations for investment and growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring adherence to company governance frameworks and compliance protocols.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Professional qualification or part‑qualified accountant status (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills, organisational ability, attention to detail, internal control awareness.
  • Experience in multi-property or cluster financial management is highly desirable, preferably hospitality/retail sectors.     
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong desire to grow and learn within the Company.
