A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT  OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

  • Ensure all public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts) are spotless and welcoming 
  • Greet guests with a smile while maintaining a discreet and professional presence 
  • Keep high-touch surfaces clean and sanitised throughout the day 
  • Respond quickly to cleaning requests or spills to maintain luxury standards
  • Take pride in presenting the hotel at its best — from polished floors to pristine glass
  • Work independently but always feel supported by a friendly, inclusive team
  • End your shift knowing you've helped create a five-star guest experience

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with other team members and respond to guest needs.
  • The ability to work efficiently, staying organised and focused during busy shifts.
  • A team player who’s flexible and willing to help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
