Working with fresh, seasonal produce, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, contribute ideas, and help craft dishes that feel true to a modern pub—comforting, bold, and full of flavour. You won’t be doing it alone: you’ll be supported and mentored by two talented chefs with over 15 years’ experience each, committed to helping you grow your skills and confidence across every section.
