Brand Marketing Manager - Ole & Steen

About the Role

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects who we are and what we stand for. You’ll work across multiple channels to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty—helping us create moments of joy for our customers every day.

What You’ll Do:

·       Develop and deliver brand marketing strategies that align with business goals.

·       Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns, from concept to completion.

·       Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

·       Analyse performance data and customer insights to optimise campaigns.

·       Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver outstanding creative output.

·       Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

·       Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI.

What We’re Looking for:

·       Experience: 4–6 years in a brand marketing or similar role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or hospitality.

·       Knowledge: Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and digital marketing.

·       Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and creative briefing skills. Confident with analytics and budget management.

·       Attributes: A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, highly organised, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
