We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead our bakery teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

As an AGM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, coach and develop team members, and ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed. You’ll lead by example on the floor, support staffing and scheduling, uphold food and service standards, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.

You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in hospitality, stays calm under pressure, and inspires your team through energy, accountability, and care.

Who You Are

  • A strong and supportive leader
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
  • Experienced in high-volume food & beverage or café operations
  • Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable coaching, training, and motivating teams
  • Professional with strong communication skills
  • Barista or bakery experience is a plus
