We're looking for an energetic and motivated Team Leader to help guide our bakery teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example on the floor, support your team during busy shifts, and help create a positive environment for both guests and colleagues. You'll ensure service standards are maintained, assist with training new team members, and help keep the bakery clean, organized, and running smoothly.

You’ll be a key part of creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests receive genuine hospitality and team members feel supported and set up for success.

Who You Are

• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• A positive role model who leads by example
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Enjoys coaching and supporting others
• Solutions-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure
• Previous café, bakery, restaurant, or retail experience preferred
• Barista experience is a plus
• Must obtain a NYC Food Hadler Certificate (DOH Card) within the first 30 days of employment.
