JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
JOB PURPOSE: Provides leadership in sales and customer relations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the overall management and performance of all sales and customer relationship activities
• Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company`s ambitious growth
• Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business
• Manage communication protocol of all catering inquiries
• Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.
• Monitor and measure current and potential value of each customer
• Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns
• Interact with customers to get feedback on products and services offered
• Follow up directly with customer after event to give thanks and request feedback
• Prepare contract and close sales
• Oversee the servicing of events when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
• Hospitality industry experience
• Sales leadership experience
• College degree preferred
