In Room Dining – Looking for Assistant IRD Manager, IRD Supervisor, In-Room Dining Servers to join us.

About This Role

As an ambassador of VIP service and just a telephone call away, our in-room dining service team will need to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests.  We are looking for confident and experienced IRD managers, supervisors and servers who are dedicated to delivering 5-star service and are able to anticipate the needs of every guest. You are passionate and knowledgeable about Food & Beverage and you are able to confidently make recommendations that will enhance the in-room dining experience for our guests.

About You

Attention to detail and strong communication skills are fundamental in successfully undertaking this role. Therefore, you are friendly and professional, have a keen eye for details and strong initiative to thrive in this team. You will already have previous experience in a customer-facing role and be driven to achieve guest satisfaction. You know what it takes to deliver an exceptional in room dining experience for our guests.
