What we're looking for;

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for food, drink and hospitality; future colleagues who’ll think like we do and are ready to seize the opportunity with both hands.

During this placement year you’ll get to work with our brilliant restaurant, host, housekeeping and kitchen teams, making you a top-notch waiter, barista, and mixologist by the end of your time with us. There will also be the opportunity for a 30-day placement in a central team of your choice within marketing, HR, guest services and reservations.

Programme overview

•  Twelve-month programme with the opportunity to extend.
•  Experience five different rotations across the hotel: hosting, housekeeping, food & beverage (2 different restaurants) and a 30-day  placement with the central team
• Connect with a business that can provide opportunities in various locations.
• Free shared accommodation for the first month, then subsidised.
