Our Seasonal positions span across all hotel departments but are expected to become available in the areas of Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Prep and Support. When applying, please make a note of the of the department(s) that feel like the best fit for your interests, skills, and experience.

What we’re looking for

In our Food and Beverage team, you’ll be:

• Comfortable handling payments and following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Confident when serving guests, communicating clearly, and responding to feedback.
• Proud to keep our dining areas tidy, organised, and welcoming.
• A positive team player, bringing energy and a friendly attitude.

In our Housekeeping team, you’ll be:

• Ensuring that our guests arrive to clean, welcoming, and comfortable spaces, with attention to the little details that create big moments.
• Following health and safety, manual handling, and COSHH procedures carefully and confidently.
• Working together as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team.
• Experienced with a keen eye for detail and a love of creating welcoming spaces.

In our Prep and Support team, you’ll be:

• Helping our kitchens run smoothly by supporting all back-of-house operations.
• Staying calm under pressure while keeping a genuine passion for great food.
• Maintaining clean, organised, and safe workspaces for the team.
• Assisting with food prep and daily service to keep everything on track.
