Osteria Morini, first opened in NYC’s Soho neighborhood, is excited to bring the soulful cuisine and convivial spirit of Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy to Miami this Spring. This 5th, and newest Osteria Morini location, is now hiring, and selectively looking for an experienced General Manager who is interested in working in a high quality and high-volume environment. We are looking for a candidate who have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead management team through directives and goals
- Monitor and track business results and forecast respectively
- Communicate effectively across all facets and departments
- Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention
Requirements:
- Strong background in restaurant industry and knowledge of service standards
- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
- Solid prior opening restaurant experience in management and willingness to step up to that position
- Candidate needs to be highly motivated and effective at working in a fast-paced team environment and have a proven successful track record.
- Ability to multitask and plan ahead
- Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to the brand success
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking candidate is a plus
- Must have Open Availability with flexible hours
