The Altamarea Group is an award-winning, global hospitality firm, featuring the cuisine of Chef Michael White and team, paired with exceptional service. Our restaurants have earned James Beard recognition, NYT 3- star reviews, and Michelin stars.
Osteria Morini, first opened in NYC’s Soho neighborhood, is excited to bring the soulful cuisine and convivial spirit of Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy to Miami this Spring. This 5th, and newest Osteria Morini location, is now hiring, and selectively looking for an experienced Manager who is interested in working in a high quality and high-volume environment. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead management team through directives and goals
- Monitor and track business results and forecast respectively
- Communicate effectively across all facets and departments
- Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention
Requirements:
- Strong background in fine dining and knowledge of service standards
- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
- Ability to multitask and plan ahead
- Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to the brand success
- Must have open and flexible availability
