Commis Waiter
Oswald’s is a private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently looking for a Commis Waiter to join our Oswald's team, with an opportunity to earn up to £38,000 per annum!

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
The responsibilities of the Commis Waiter are:
- Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the restaurant stations or to members
- Assisting with barista duties
- Understanding the menu and preparation of dishes
The Experience & Qualifications required as Commis Waiter are:
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
