What will I do? 

Supervise the front of house team to ensure a warm, friendly welcome when guests arrive to when they leave. As the Supervisor you will be the point of contact for all hotel guests and deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manager.  

Is this the role for me? 

Previous supervisory experience 
Have worked in a customer facing role 
Strong communication skills and self-motivated 
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and problem solve 
High attention to detail
