This is far more than a reporting role. You'll be at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders to turn data into insight, challenge thinking, uncover opportunities and help drive smarter decisions. You'll play a key role in ensuring we remain commercially agile, operationally focused and relentlessly committed to delivering great experiences for our guests and teams. Working across our multi-brand, multi-site estate, you'll help leaders understand the story behind the numbers, improve performance, and support ambitious growth plans through robust forecasting, insightful analysis and strategic financial planning.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  
• 4+ years experience in FP&A in hospitality/retail
  
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  
• Strong financial modelling capability.
  
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using business intelligence tools, including PowerBI
  
• Experience supporting a Private Equity-backed business
• Superb organisational skills – you're methodical, structured, and thrive on accuracy and efficiency
  
• Strong attention to detail – you spot errors others miss and take real pride in getting things right
  
• Excellent time management – you can juggle deadlines across multiple brands without breaking a sweat
  
• Adaptable and comfortable with change – you roll with it and keep a positive, proactive mindset
• Tech confident – with working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
  
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic – you own your role, drive your day, and are passionate about contributing to the team
