This stunning bar and restaurant is centrally located along the Thames in London’s exciting Greenwich.
Set over two floors with a large outdoor space, the gorgeous venue features stylish interiors, an impressive frontage and remarkable river views.
Complimented by a light and airy interior, The Oystercatcher offers an open-concept, all-inclusive space. 

As a Commis Chef you are expected to assist with the successful running of the business, your tasks will include (but are not necessarily limited to):

  • Supporting the chefs in the kitchen with their daily tasks. 
  • Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting. 
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries. 
  • Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices. Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
