Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for a franchise Pizza to lead and oversee daily retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of retail sales, inventory control, and team leadership. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping environment that meets company goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management.
• Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase store revenue and customer engagement.
• Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures at all times.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment focused on growth and development.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
