What will I do? 

Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience.  We are seeking a driven, ambitious individual who is not afraid of a challenge and is all about guest service, ensuring the guest experience is outstanding!  You’ll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue. 

With a strong, people centric supportive General Manager and Operations Manager at the helm, this is a great time to join as the hotel continues to go from strength to strength, with a friendly, welcoming team who are all committed and striving for the same goal - to ensure the hotel is the destination of choice!

Is this the role for me? 

Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent 
People management experience 
Quality & standards driven 
Outstanding customer service skills 
Conflict resolution

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4*, 146-bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, cardio & weights room, pool, sauna, steam room, 3 tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
