Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role involves driving transport goods as well as performing warehouse duties, such as inventory management, order picking, packing, receiving and shipping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe deliveries, as well as maintaining the organization and efficiency of warehouse operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Driving Responsibilities: 

● Company vehicles safely operate to deliver goods to various locations.

● Load, unload, and secure items in the vehicle for safe transit. 

● Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle. 

● Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely delivery schedules are met. 

● Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle. 

● Ensure accurate delivery documentation, including obtaining customer signatures upon delivery. 

Warehouse Responsibilities: 

● Assist in the receipt, storage, and organization of goods in the warehouse. 

● Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. 

● Maintain an accurate inventory of goods and materials, conducting stock counts as needed. 

● Help with loading and unloading of trucks when deliveries arrive or are dispatched. 

● Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. 

● Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization according to company standards

● Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned, including product sorting, labeling and daily/monthly inventory.

Qualifications: 

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 

● High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 

● Previous driving and/or warehouse experience is a plus. 

● Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. 

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 

● Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 

● Forklift certification (preferred but not required). 

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

● Medical card 

Physical Requirements: 

● Ability to stand, walk, and lift to 75 pounds regularly. 

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. 

Work Environment: 

● Warehouse environment with varying temperatures. 

● Travel is necessary for deliveries, including during inclement weather.
