The role of PAC Crew (Reservations Agent) working at YOTEL is one of continued development and never a dull day! You will get to interact with our great guests before and during their stay, making sure their stay at YOTEL Edinburgh is seamless – making you very important to us indeed!

Dealing with both individual reservations, large group bookings and meetings&events within the hotel your role will be varied and fast paced!
