What you’ll be doing as Sous Chef?
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Sous Chef, you will be the second in command and enjoy delivering excellent food standards, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. Supporting your head chef to lead and mentor your brigade, you will also be passionate about their training and continued development. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a chef de partie or junior sous who is looking to progress.
