The main purpose of the role is to support your Manager where necessary in all aspects of the daily trading such as: staffing, financial performance, stock levels, deliveries (this may involve working beyond contracted hours on occasion, including evenings and weekends).
This is a highly hands-on role, with the supervisor taking the lead in day-to-day duties such as customer service, food preparation and handling, barista tasks, and maintaining our highest standards through consistent cleaning procedures.
As a store supervisor, you are the Store Manager’s right-hand person, the second in command.
You will be the one that runs and manages the store in the manager’s absence, you might even be next in line to the throne.
The store is open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm, seven days a week. You must be able to reach Paddington Station for a 6:00 am. start and be available to work both morning and evening shifts. This is a full-time position with a minimum 32-hour per week contract.
