ABOUT THE ROLE

The Guest Liaison is setting the standard for a warm & professional welcome, arrival, and orientation into and throughout the building. The role requires a personable and passionate individual who can understand and represent the building and its outlets passionately and with detailed knowledge. The successful outcome of this position will be driving loyalty and repeat custom.

Great communication & customer service skills
Ready to be welcoming, friendly and chatty with guests and to go above and beyond to provide guests with the best possible experience
Previous experience in retail, hospitality and/or restaurants and bars.
