Celtic Developers Group is looking for a charismatic Cocktail Server to join the Oscar Wilde team in NoMad. Celtic Developers Group consists of four bustling locations in NoMad, Union Square, Times Square, and Midtown East which focus on harboring good “craic” in a stunning environment. All of our high volume locations have fun bars where our guests feel like family.


Cocktail Server Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Be the face and personality of our establishment. Meeting new guests, and making returning guests feel like family

-Guide guests through full steps of service whether they are dining or casually drinking

-Balance Cash and receipts with honesty and integrity

-Ensure all safety and cleanliness procedures are being followed on the floor at all times

-Maintain expertise on all of our food menus; making thoughtful suggestions, knowledge of allergies and substitutions as well as pairings



Cocktail Server required skills:

-Outgoing personality with a knack for communication and customer service

-Must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and leadership

-Exceptional ability to multi-task in a high stress environment

-Perfect execution of proper steps of service

-Extensive knowledge of food, beer, wine, & cocktails

-High volume NYC experience is required

-General Math Skills
