We are currently recruiting a General Manager with personality & charisma for our iconic site, Paradise by way of Kensal Green. This is a multi faceted venue with so much opportunity to take ownership of all aspects of the day to day running of a site that is at the heart of North West London.

The Role

• This unique venue offers everything with an award winning restaurant and critically acclaimed events space / late night venue that has played host to names such as Joel Corry, Idris Elba and Artful Dodger to name a few, along with a host of private rooms.
• Creating memorable experiences through efficient and knowledgeable service when dining in the restaurant to unforgettable events and private parties being hosted, or being the place people just want hang out at.
• As GM you will take ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business. 
• Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must, we love people who "think outside the box".
• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction while having fun at the same time.

What we looking for:

• Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as GM
• Late night venue experience is key
• Solid communication and organisational skills
• Superb customer & floor service skills
• Excellent all-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction
• An entrepreneurial flare
• Passionate about people, training, mentoring & growing a team
• Personal License holder
