The Paradise Cove Beach Cafe is seeking motivated individuals for employment in a fast paced, beach restaurant in Malibu California. Let me be clear. We are a very busy restaurant during peak season. Restaurant Business magazine, in 2019, ranked PCBC the 82nd largest /highest grossing independent restaurant in the Nation. We often experience 2 - 3 hour waits during the summer time and are a popular destination for locals all over southern California as well as tourists looking to get the complete and total Southern California experience.
We are looking for servers with availability to work a total of 5 shifts a week between Memorial Day and Labor day, with the possibility of part time work before the peak season arrives based on circumstances and scheduling. Our owners are very hands on and strive to ensure that PCBC employees are focused on guest experience. PCBC is a friendly and smile oriented operation and we are looking for staff who are excited to help us keep it that way.
