We’re looking for a standout waiter to bring personality, pace, and passion to our Front of House team at Parallel by Pasture.

This is no ordinary restaurant job. At Parallel, we serve up bold flavours, creative cocktails, and unforgettable vibes in a high-energy, intimate space where every detail counts. We want someone who thrives under pressure, connects effortlessly with guests, and brings genuine warmth and charisma to every service.

You’ll need to love great food, be curious about wine and cocktails, and be hungry to learn and grow. Experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant is ideal, and if you’ve got some cocktail knowledge – even better. But more than anything, we’re after someone with a positive attitude, strong team spirit, and the drive to deliver world-class hospitality.

What we are looking for:

• Passion for food & beverage and a drive to develop their skills and knowledge

• Previous experience in a busy hospitality environment

• Excellent communication and service skills

• Flexibility to help the team on the floor

• Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.

• Cocktails and general drinks knowledge are a plus

• Creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail
