Pay: Hourly rate £12.90 + £3.80–£4 per hour in Tronc (on average). In addition to your standard hourly wage, you'll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.

We’re on the lookout for an outgoing, passionate bartender to join the Front of House team at Parallel by Pasture, a vibrant, intimate restaurant where small plates meet bold flavours and laid-back luxury. If you love working in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment and have a talent for mixing drinks, connecting with people, and delivering standout hospitality, this could be your perfect next move.

You’ll bring experience behind the bar in a fast-paced environment, and you’re just as comfortable recommending a dish as you are shaking a killer cocktail. You’re a natural people person, warm, switched on, and ready to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. You love working as part of a team, jump in wherever you’re needed, and keep things running smooth, clean, and fun. You’ve got a good grasp of drinks (and a thirst to learn more), and you thrive when the pressure’s on and the music’s up. You bring energy, pride, and professionalism to everything you do.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mixing, shaking, pouring and preparing high-quality drinks with style and consistency

• Delivering smooth, personal and memorable guest experiences from bar to table

• Recommending food and drink pairings based on guest preferences

• Supporting your team on the floor during busy services

• Handling payments and cash with accuracy and efficiency

• Keeping the bar stocked, organised, and spotless at all times

• Staying switched on to guests' needs and helping create a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere

• Following all health, safety and food & beverage regulations
