As part of our investment in building a strong founding team, all Bakers will participate in a fully paid 4-week in-person culinary training program at Paris Baguette’s corporate training center in New Jersey prior to the café opening.

Candidates who are open to learning additional skills such as cake decoration, sandwich preparation, and retail operations will receive strong consideration.
