o Performs the functions of the front desk including: check-ins; reservations; answering the phone/emails; monitoring member club access, etc.
o Familiar with club security and key control procedures, as well fire and safety procedures.
o Completes paperwork necessary for front desk operation.
o Performs tasks assigned by Park House Management. Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills.
o Provides excellent service to members, guests and staff at Park House and over the phone contributing to member retention.
o Greet and assist all members, potential members, guests and staff in a courteous professional and friendly manner. Be enthusiastic towards members by learning their names and expressing an interest in building a rapport.
o Builds relationships with members and assists members with connecting with one another.
o Provide membership, programming and events information in an accurate and courteous manner.
o Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor(s) of any unusual situations or unresolved issues.
o Cross trained on all hosting duties of Park House.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
