Executive Assistant


Description
Employee shall serve as Executive Assistant for Company, with such reasonable and customary responsibilities, duties and authority as may from time to time be assigned to Employee by the Company. Employee will work directly with the Club General Manager, Director of Membership and Communications, and the Founding Partners. Employee shall in the scope of Executive Assistant, be in charge of:
• Setting up Employee Manual with direction from GM. Looking to build a strong presentation on all materials that focus on Park House Hospitality Culture
• Works with the Membership Director to understand the Membership Programs and learns the Membership software in all aspects. Able to run reports to understand pace of new signings and be able to present findings.
• Must learn the Members Names and profiles so that EA can interact with confidence regarding conversations and questions members may have regarding PH.
• In setting up new organizations there is a fair amount of administrative data that needs to be accurate and up to date. Most of which will be captured in our in-house software. Maintaining employee records, weekly meeting tasks, critical path updates, employee scheduling are vital to keeping on track.
• This position will coordinate meetings with vendors, interviews, executive committee meetings, partner meetings, etc.
• Work with all Membership Reception and Host/Hostesses on Reservations, Events, Private Dining and Strategies.
• Ensure all Reservations & Membership Associates have current menus and collateral and they are in pristine shape.
• Assist Executive Chef on Culinary Menu changes and ensure that our process with hardware and software can
produce Menu changes quickly and efficiently
In addition, Employee may be asked to work on specific projects within the Company, including planning, budget, and oversee and document all aspects of the specific project Employee is working on. Employee will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other Employees for support.
