AM SERVER $800 - $1200 per week

The Park House Private Social Club of Highland Park seeks a qualified and experienced AM server with a passion for hospitality to join our team. We are looking for a veteran Restaurant Server to take people’s orders, deliver them to our guests, and maintain and enhance the quality of our customer service during our bustling Lunch Period. As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, you will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of the hospitality industry and have a high level of service skills and interpersonal skills. Must have open availability 10:00am to 3:00pm - five days a week. Interested applicants please submit your resume.

• The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of food & beverage service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Long hours sometimes required, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to be on your feet throughout the entire shift, sometimes for entire shift.
• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include a clean, pressed uniform and correct nametag when working.
• Must, at all times, be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and other team members.
• Accommodate any special requests that the kitchen is able to deliver for the guest.

• Perform pre- and post-shift side work including stock service station, makes coffee, etc.
• Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established service standards.
• Up sell established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues.

We offer $150 bonus for any employees you refer who are employed for 90 days. Regular team outings including trips to the State Fair of Texas, team bonding at our sister restaurant Jose, birthday gift cards and much more!!
