The Park House Private Social Club of Highland Park seeks a qualified (Restaurant) Assistant Manager to run the staff and restaurant when the manager is not on duty. You will be responsible for directing other employees through their daily routines and interacting with customers to make sure they’re having a satisfactory experience. Assistant managers act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy. The ideal candidate will make sure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions. ● Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
● Respond efficiently to customer complaints
● Organise and supervise shifts
● Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
● Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
● Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
● Control costs and minimize waste
● Successfully promote and publicise the brand
● Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
● Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
