Park House is looking for passionate professionals to help us build a one of a kind private club here in Dallas. As a Private Club, Park House is a unique setting to work in and a special place to learn and grow your career.

Park House is a new Members-Only Social Club, located atop Highland Park Village, that will be home for creative and entrepreneurial patrons who come together to meet, exchange ideas, dine, dance and participate in one-of-a-kind events in a contemporary and social environment that delivers extraordinary experiences.

Position Overview:
Member Relations, Front Desk/Concierge will provide a warm and welcoming reception to all members and guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a luxury environment where attentive, hospitable and engaging service is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Performs the functions of the front desk including: check-ins; reservations; answering the phone/emails; monitoring member club access, etc.
• Familiar with club security and key control procedures, as well fire and safety procedures.
• Completes paperwork necessary for front desk operation.
• Performs tasks assigned by Park House Management. Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Provides excellent service to members, guests and staff at Park House and over the phone contributing to member retention.
• Greet and assist all members, potential members, guests and staff in a courteous professional and friendly manner. Be enthusiastic towards members by learning their names and expressing an interest in building a rapport.
• Builds relationships with members and assists members with connecting with one another.
• Provide membership, programming and events information in an accurate and courteous manner.
• Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor(s) of any unusual situations or unresolved issues.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a front desk, concierge or reception role for luxury environment
• Committed to providing excellent service with warmth, grace and authenticity
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong computer skills for email, reservations and internal marketing
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and member requests
• Flexibility to work all shifts, Mon - Sun, AM and PM shifts
