Key Responsibilities of Crew Member (Front of House):

-Welcomes guests to the hotel
-Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
-Serve guests with Food and Drink
-Sets up meeting rooms & events
-Attend to guests in the meeting rooms

Requirements of Front Office Agent/ Night Front Office Agent:

-Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous
