We've recently launched a new food concept that has Scottish, home-cooked dishes at it's heart. This sits alongside a cocktail and single malt whisky drinks menu, really changing perceptions of what a city centre hotel can do!

We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join our dynamic team and support the drive to deliver great quality meal experiences!

The Sous Chef Role

Our kitchen team has a taste for developing the flavours to cook up a storm and strives to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. 

• Our Sous Chefs crave the taste of success and can handle the heat in any kitchen!
• Cooking is the spice of your life and you have a passion for food which ensures consistently high standards and a creative flair that showcases ingredients
• You will be right hand to the Head Chef and will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the kitchen department

As Sous Chef, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Sous Chef 

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
• An eye for detail
• Is a creative problem-solver
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
