On your daily tasks you are responsible of HR department operations & development.
Short overview of your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Recruitment (job offers, selection of candidates, response to applications, etc.)
- Internship planning
- Build and develop partnership with universities and schools to attract new professionals
- Employee administration
- Human resources legal processes
- Daily team members follow up => sickness, courses, holidays, legal rights, and etc.
- Payroll administration
- Control of employee contracts
- Continuous updating of operations (employee arrivals and departures, birthdays, special employee events, seniority program, etc.)
- Training (help with the training of employees)
- Internal communication (email, bulletin board, posters, etc.)
- Company procedures & policies
- Yes I Can! attitude
- Support in all areas of the hotel business - operations departments to provide outstanding guest experience
- Help hotel guests when it is necessary
- Able to work independently
