The Meeting & Events trainee assist the Meeting & Events manager in the achievement of the hotel’s sales goals by prospecting, planning, organizing and selling the hotel’s facilities and rooms to groups and organizations looking to hold conferences and events:

Administrative responsibilities :
• Groups Reservations
• Be in contact with the client
• Enter Group rate calculation
• Make & send the offers; Make the contracts
• Enter the rooming lists
• Open a Post Master
• Make the follow up
• Prepare cancellation fees; Send reservation confirmation
• Enter the Groups offer Report
• Prepare proforma invoice / invoices and group for BO meeting

Operational responsibilities :
• Direct contact with the costumer
• Visit of the meeting rooms for the costumer
• Welcome the costumer and follow-up the service provided
• Make sure all meetings rooms and banquets are properly set up
• Take care of last minute customer request
• Do your best to get a 100% customer satisfaction
