We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the overall marketing strategy for our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns, managing online and offline channels, and enhancing the hotel's brand presence. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and attract guests.
Identify target markets and create tailored campaigns to reach and engage potential customers.
Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Collaborate with local businesses and partners for cross-promotions and co-marketing opportunities.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and communication materials.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure positive press coverage.
Manage the hotel's presence in the community through sponsorships, events, and partnerships.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
