Description

Responsibilities

·         Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape.

·         Analyse and summarize.

·         Assist the Marketing Agency in developing and evaluating marketing strategies.

·         Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion

·         Liase with local partners and platforms for certain campaigns.

·         Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding.

·         Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.

·         Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed.

·         Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences effectively.

·         Communicate with regional office on digital marketing efforts.

·         Collaborate with sales, and meeting & events teams to promote special packages and events.

·         Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and other stakeholders.

·         Collect and analyse guest feedback and reviews for marketing insights.

·         Reply to guest comments on social media and certain online platforms.

·         Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the hotel’s brand standards.

·         Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
