We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications and Marketing Manager to join our team and help us tell our story to the world.

The Communications and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance the hotel's brand image, drive guest engagement, and increase revenue. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in marketing, digital media, and public relations within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and events.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence, social media channels, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling content for press releases, newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive room bookings, event participation, and guest loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Plan and oversee promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and guest engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the hotel’s brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with media relations and managing public relations efforts.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools.
