Design and implement strategic HR plans that align with hotel goals, driving measurable results in performance and engagement.
Partner with leadership to manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and development to performance management and succession planning.
Oversee the HR budget and training initiatives, ensuring optimal investment in team growth and operational excellence.
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and business partners to support organizational objectives.
Analyze and optimize HR practices including staffing, compensation, learning and development, and career progression—delivering value to individuals and the business.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices, maintaining robust documentation and audit-readiness at all times.
Proven experience in a Human Resources leadership role, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
A hands-on leader who leads by example, inspires others, and drives results through collaboration.
