About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you will:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase occupancy, enhance RGI, and maximize revenue across group, corporate, and M&E (Meetings & Events) business segments.
• Strategic Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on nurturing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and boosting customer satisfaction.
• Lead and Inspire: Be a core leader in our sales team, supporting the M&E office and Reservations team, and creating an environment that motivates and energizes.
• Coordinate Commercial Planning: Produce and maintain an effective Commercial Plan for the hotel, aiming to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure sales strategies align with broader business objectives.
• Market Insight: Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and local developments to proactively seek out growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Hospitality Sales: Proven experience in a sales role within hospitality, with exposure to resort sales or pre-opening preferred.
• Strategic Planning Skills: Ability to craft and implement a sales strategy that aligns with commercial goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Relationship-Builder: Exceptional ability to build rapport with key clients and identify new business.
