Overview
Montcalm Collection are looking for a skilled and ambitious Night Supervisor to join our team. Help to shape the Montcalm Collection’s next chapter and showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of customer care and service.

Key Responsibilities
· Handle check-in and check-out procedures for late-arriving or departing guests.
· Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during the night shift.
· Manage reservations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
· Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
· Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests.
· Ensure the safety of guests and staff during the night.
· Complete night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and generating reports.
· Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
· Supervise and support night staff
Essential Qualifications
· Knowledge of Opera
· Experience in managing a team as supervisor preferred
· Previous experience in a 5* environment preferred
· Good understanding of Health & Safety preferred
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Customers focused & enthusiastic personality
· Understand and appreciate diversity with colleagues and guests
